This means that we sort, store goods safely and prepare them for further distribution. We unload trucks, build cargo on aircraft plates or in containers and ensure that every package arrives at the right place elsewhere in the world. Billing Officer

 

Are you accurate, administratively strong and do you like to arrange things down to the last detail?

As a Billing Officer, you will work within the administrative team and ensure that all invoicing processes run smoothly. You collect data, perform checks and ensure that invoices are drawn up and sent correctly. In the event of deviations or ambiguities, you act proactively and liaise with colleagues or external parties to find a solution.

 

What will you do?

  • Collecting and checking data for invoicing;
  • Entering, modifying and checking data in the billing system;
  • Identifying incomplete or deviating information and checking or correcting it;
  • Timely reporting or escalation in the event of deviations;
  • Acting as a point of contact for billing questions from colleagues or customers;
  • Compiling and delivering overviews and reports;
  • Providing correct and timely information to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Processing and correct archiving of invoicing documents;
  • Periodically cleaning up and updating the administrative archives;

 

This position requires you:  

  • MBO working and thinking level, preferably in an administrative or financial direction;
  • Experience with invoicing processes or financial administration is an advantage;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • You have an excellent eye for detail;
  • Accurate, independent and communicative;
  • Proactive attitude in case of deviations or ambiguities;
  • Experience with ERP or invoicing systems is an advantage.
