Flight Operations Employee

Flight operations coordinate the full freighter handling and inform all parties involved in this handling, and also manage both administratively and physically the ULDs of these companies.

The tasks include:

  • You are operationally responsible for directing quality and safety;
  • Management of flight schedules;
  • Information dispatch regarding freighter handling;
  • Transport coordination regarding freighter handling;
  • Contact point for all departments and Airline during the turnaround;
  • Preparatory work for import and export handling;
  • Checking built-up ULDs in accordance with regulations.

Your Profile:

  • At least vocational education and training level of thinking;
  • Knowledge of all ULDs and accessories;
  • Knowledge of the guidelines regarding cargo build-up (contours, stowage, weight distribution, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the guidelines regarding special goods (Dangerous goods, Pharma, etc.);
  • Affinity with reading and understanding flight handling documentation;
  • Affinity with the physical handling of Freighter flights;
  • Able to work solution-oriented;
  • You are flexible and stress-resistant and think in solutions;
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Dutch;
  • Able to work well independently and have a proactive attitude.
