Vacancy Logistics Trainer | Help Build a Strong Team
Are you someone who gets energy from sharing knowledge and guiding people in their development? As a logistics trainer, you play a key role in training colleagues and improving daily operations.
In this role, you’ll not only deliver classroom training sessions (in Dutch and English), but you’ll also be actively present on the work floor to coach and support employees. You’ll make sure everyone is well-prepared to work safely and efficiently. Your contribution helps us maintain high standards in quality and safety.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions
Keep training materials up to date
Support both new and existing employees
Evaluate and improve the training programs
Provide on-the-job coaching when needed
Collaborate with colleagues across different departments
Manage and renew employee certifications
Your profile:
- Minimum MBO-4 level of education and thinking.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Experience in delivering classroom lessons and capable of doing this in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in air freight is a plus, but not required.
- Hands-on mentality and willing to provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills and able to work independently.
- Flexible and able to handle changes and unexpected situations well.
