For our EMEA Leadership Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is eager to learn and gain experience in management support.
EMEA stands for Europe, Middle East & Africa. This team supports multiple countries and locations across these regions.
About the Internship
As a Management Assistant intern, you will support the Executive Business Partner and the management team with daily activities. You will assist with planning, organizing, and communication within an international working environment.
This is a hands-on internship where you will truly become part of the team and gain valuable practical experience.
We are looking for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys coordinating and arranging tasks while maintaining a clear overview.
Responsibilities
During this internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting calendar and appointment management;
- Organizing meetings and events;
- Sending invitations and following up on appointments;
- Assisting with hotel bookings and travel arrangements;
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and meetings;
- Communicating with various colleagues and departments;
- Assisting with administrative tasks;
- Processing requests and registrations for new employees;
- Helping maintain efficient planning and organization within the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an intern who:
- Is currently following at least an MBO level 4 education, preferably in management support, office management, or a similar field;
- Has strong planning and organizational skills;
- Works independently and accurately;
- Is proactive and eager to learn;
- Can work well in a busy and fast-paced environment;
- Has strong communication skills;
- Has a good command of both Dutch and English;
- Is available full-time during the internship period.
