Our services ensure that goods reach their destinations worldwide quickly, safely and efficiently. We handle the receipt, storage and preparation of both import and export freight. This means that we sort, store goods safely and prepare them for further distribution. We unload trucks, build cargo on aircraft plates or in containers and ensure that every package arrives at the right place elsewhere in the world. Manager Trainer Logistics

Do you have a passion for logistics, leadership and people development? Then this role is for you. As a Logistics Manager Trainer, you lead the team and at the same time you are actively involved in setting up and providing training. You are responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing training programs that are in line with the operational objectives and quality standards of our organization.

Your work consists of:

  • Managing, supervising and coaching the training department;
  • Management of LMS (learning management system);
  • Drawing up an annual plan for training and development, tailored to the needs of the organization;
  • Giving classroom training yourself (NL/EN);
    • Develop and keep training materials and lesson plans up-to-date;
    • Guaranteeing the quality, content and topicality of all training materials and methodologies;
    • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and certification requirements within the training offer;
    • Reporting to senior management on progress, results and proposals for improvement within the training policy.

    Your profile:

    • At least HBO/MBO-4 working and thinking level, preferably supplemented with training in training, education or leadership;
    • Preferably experience within the logistics or air freight sector;
    • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
    • You are proactive, enthusiastic and able to communicate clearly and effectively;
    • You have a hands-on mentality;
    • You have excellent organizational and administrative skills and can work independently;
    • Flexible, stress-resistant and able to switch between different levels in the organization;
    • Affinity with certifications and laws and regulations within the logistics sector is an advantage.
