Our services ensure that goods reach their destinations worldwide quickly, safely and efficiently. We handle the receipt, storage and preparation of both import and export cargo. This means we sort goods, store them securely and prepare them for onward distribution. We unload trucks, build cargo onto aircraft pallets or into containers and make sure every shipment reaches the right destination anywhere in the world. We truly handle every imaginable type of cargo, which makes our work enjoyable; the whole world passes through our hands every day.

Due to our growth, we are looking for a Safety & Quality Ground Coördinator.
In this role you safeguard safety and quality within our outsourced ground operations and ensure that our partners work according to the standards expected by us and our customers, including Etihad and soon Qatar Airways. You closely monitor daily operations, follow up on deviations and discuss improvement points with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You analyse performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure that follow up actually happens.

You coordinate audits and inspections with our ground handling partners and are known internally as the point of contact for everything related to the operational side of safety and quality. You support the QHSSE team with your practical knowledge, assist with incident investigations and actively contribute ideas on how processes can become smarter, safer and more consistent. Step by step, you strengthen the control and assurance on the ground and help drive continuous improvement.

What we ask of you
• Experience in ground handling in a similar role
• A sharp eye, analytical mindset and unwillingness to accept incomplete answers
• Confidence in addressing external partners on their performance and guiding them towards higher quality
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week and a preference for working on site
