What will you do?
As a staff planner in logistics, you are the engine behind optimal workforce deployment. You ensure that our teams in the warehouse and office always have the right people in the right place at the right time. With the large variety of cargo flights, no day is the same, and your work makes the difference between a smooth shift and a day full of challenges. The constant flow of goods, both inbound and outbound, requires sharp insight and flexible oversight.
In this role, you are the central point of contact for all workforce planning. You manage the weekly schedules for various teams, make adjustments quickly when needed, and ensure that everyone is informed about changes. You actively contribute ideas for improvements and plan ahead to ensure the schedules remain accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You also handle important administrative tasks and maintain communication with different departments. When capacity issues arise, you identify them immediately and take the right actions to keep everything on track.

What do you bring?
- MBO level education and experience in planning within a dynamic environment
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical, accurate, and able to maintain an overview
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Proactive in preventing and solving problems
