For our billing department, we are looking for a Billing Supervisor who not only keeps an overview but is also actively involved in operations. In this role, you will lead a team of employees, optimize processes, and work closely with other departments such as the Cargo Office.

What will you do?
As Billing Supervisor, you are the key link between operations, billing, and internal departments. You ensure that all invoices resulting from operational activities, such as air freight handling and airline contacts, are processed correctly and on time.
You will lead a team and act not only as a supervisor but also actively participate in operations to immediately identify and resolve bottlenecks. Collaboration with our internal Cargo Office department is essential; you ensure smooth and efficient coordination between the two departments.
In this role, you will also play an important part in improving departmental processes. You will initiate and implement improvement proposals, for example in digitization and process optimization. At the same time, you will support the development of your team: motivating, coaching, and encouraging their professional growth.
What do you bring?
- MBO level of thinking and working
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Education in a financial field
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in improving processes and motivating a team
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Proven experience in the air freight sector
