Transport Planner

Our operations at Schiphol, Europe's third busiest airport, are fundamental to the logistical flow and trade through one of Europe's busiest airports. Our services ensure that goods reach their destinations worldwide quickly, safely, and efficiently. We handle the reception, storage, and preparation of both import and export cargo. This involves sorting, securely storing, and preparing goods for further distribution. We unload trucks, assemble cargo on aircraft pallets or in containers, ensuring that every package reaches its destination elsewhere in the world. Our work is diverse, handling every imaginable type of cargo, making it enjoyable as the world passes by us daily.

Transport Planner

The tasks include:
 
  •  Scheduling and coordinating all rides according to the number of flights, transfers, inspections, etc.;
  •  Managing the transport and mail couriers;
  •  Consulting with internal departments, customers, and handlers on the platform;
  •  Archiving and maintaining transport and control lists;
  •  Maintaining the internal mail system;
  •  Reporting and processing damages and other irregularities;
  •  Sending and maintaining flight schedules;
  •  Processing and ensuring the transport of courier shipments (JETPAK, TIMEMATTERS).
 
Your profile:
 
  •  Vocational education and thinking level;
  •  Affinity with planning;
  •  You are flexible and stress-resistant;
  •  You act proactively and can set priorities well;
  •  Knowledge of both platform and warehouse operations;
  •  Proficient with computers and necessary programs (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  •  Can work independently and handle this responsibility;
  •  Proactively preventing and solving operational challenges;
  •  Excellent command of both Dutch and English in speech and writing;
  •  You are professional and work accurately.
